“BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP”

Phoenix, AZ (AUGUST 17) - U.S. Senate Candidate J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ) today released a new web-video juxtaposing Hayworth’s position on “birthright citizenship” and McCain’s.  The video highlights that while McCain believes children born by non-citizens on U.S. soil “clearly” should be granted citizenship, Hayworth believes that is in direct conflict with the original intent of the authors of the 14th Amendment.
