It’s no coincidence the anti-gun zealots are proposing their freedom supressing legislation the same time that the Gun Rights Policy
Conference is being held in San Francisco on September 24-26. The anti-Second Amendment gang is sending a strong message that they want to completely
obliterate our gun rights. I guess San Francisco has learned nothing from the failure of the proposed 2005 gun ban. Uber-Liberal, Michela Aliota-Pier
is working closely with the City Attorneys Office to craft “gun safety legislation” erronesouly saying it will help defend Americans against
crime.

The nut-job notion that stricter gun laws will crack down on crime is a Progressive pipe dream. Firearms are used defensively
roughly 2.5 million times per year, more than four times as many as criminal uses. This amounts to 2,575 lives protected for every life lost to a gun.
Stricter gun laws clearly do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LOWER CRIME RATES.

Legal guns kill more crooks than cops do! Despite heaps of
evidence to the contrary, the Liberal elite keep beating a dead horse by claiming gun control will curb crime. Well, I guess we can’t be too
surprised: The Liberal idelogues have a long history of alining themselves with self-created pet causes. Just look at global warming.

Bill In Congress Would Prohibit Gun Sales To Anyone Government Decides Is A “Terrorist”

The bill number is H.R. 2159

Relevant portions:

`Sec. 922A. Attorney General’s discretion to deny transfer of a firearm

`The Attorney General may deny the transfer of a firearm pursuant to section 922(t)(1)(B)(ii) if the Attorney General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.’;

(2) by inserting the following new section after section 922A:

`Sec. 922B. Attorney General’s discretion regarding applicants for firearm permits which would qualify for the exemption provided under section 922(t)(3)

`The Attorney General may determine that an applicant for a firearm permit which would qualify for an exemption under section 922(t) is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the applicant may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.’; and

(3) in section 921(a), by adding at the end the following:

`(36) The term `terrorism’ means `international terrorism’ as defined in section 2331(1), and `domestic terrorism’ as defined in section 2331(5).

`(37) The term `material support’ means `material support or resources’ within the meaning of section 2339A or 2339B.

Gee, I guess if you are identified as a right wing extremist by DHS, you might be appropriately suspected, huh?

And by the way, I know the term “reasonably suspected,” but what does “appropriately suspected” mean?

And then there’s this:

(h) Attorney General’s Ability To Withhold Information in Relief From Disabilities Lawsuits- Section 925(c) of such title is amended by inserting after the 3rd sentence the following: `If receipt of a firearms by the person would violate section 922(g)(10), any information which the Attorney General relied on for this determination may be withheld from the applicant if the Attorney General determines that disclosure of the information would likely compromise national security. In responding to the petition, the United States may submit, and the court may rely on, summaries or redacted versions of documents containing information the disclosure of which the Attorney General has determined would likely compromise national security.’.

I have taken the red pill and discovered what the government is doing to us. The youth of America today are being programmed to believe that they are living in a "Great Society", in which the government is our great protector. They are being conditioned to view religion as a tool to stop them from thinking for themselves. They are being taught that morals are whatever makes you happy. I have been awakened to reality… and I’m scared. In the movie some of the characters state, "I should have taken the blue pill." I feel the same way sometimes, but then, I would still be a mind controlled robot. I have become an enemy of the state, I have become the governments worst nightmare, I have started to think for myself.

I have started my own mission to wake the sleeping people of this country, I have started with my family and friends… finding out what they think and helping them see the light. If the people in this country who have been awaken will stand up and fight back, teach our kids the truth, remind our youth what morals are, and… remind or teach our kids the beauty of the American Constitution, and the danger it is in, then we can take back our country.

The co-chair of Barack Obama’s Transition Team, Valerie Jarrett, appeared on Meet the Press this weekend and used, shall we say, an interesting word to described what she thinks Barack Obama will be doing in January when he’s officially sworn into office. She told Tom Brokaw that Obama will be ready to "rule" on day one. It’s a word that reflects the worst fears that people have for Obama the "arrogant," the "messiah," that imagines he’s here to "rule" instead of govern.

Jarret told Brokaw that "given the daunting challenges that we face, it’s important that president elect Obama is prepared to really take power and begin to rule day one."
